Joy Ride or Hell Ride

When  I was a kid, I used to think about driving my own vehicle. And today is the time, I have my own.

Yes! I got my vehicle handed-over to me. The moment I was just about to hit the road, there was a bike coming in wrong side hit by bike.

What is wrong with this guy? He got me a heart attack. It took money and pain from me to recover.

Everyone have to go fast somewhere or the other. Who knows where. Never bothered to think where can that take you to.

The most concerned factor is, ineffective use of vehicles on the road by  youngsters. The riding spree evolving out of their enthusiasm towards liberal life. It feels good and everyone felt it. But where is this, driving them to. Driving is a pleasure! No doubt in it. I myself live with it. But driving is, just not a phenomenon to move a vehicle. It also involves sense of responsibility with it. Now, that is what is difficult to be  developed now a days.

Almost every day we find one or the other cases of accidents in newspapers. I personally remember when three of my lecturer friend's students died when they hit a truck coming in opposite direction on a National Highway. It happened when the driving guy tried to overtake any truck. But the time was not sufficient. And on top of it they were triple riding.

Reckless incurs Panicky to the one sitting behind, and mostly to the people driving around you on the road.

And many times it even costs life to others those who are not at all responsible for the situation. This is why I
believe that driving requires a sense of responsibility.

It also applies to those who dont even care who is crossing the road or walking by the side of the road. Even if it is raining or any situation. Why is this so difficult to understand that despite of being in a car, we want to reach  home as early as possible. What could those people do, who do not even have a cycle to rush to their home. Well, here I am not asking anyone to drop them at their place. At least, we can have little sense to let them walk by the side, no being so senseless to drive without even caring if we are spilling gallons of dirty water on them. With this, I remember once a great man said "Despite of different positions we hold in our lives, we are all humans. Let us respect that.

I know it is always easy to say that it was other person's mistake. Just  before saying it, think for a moment.
"Is that really his mistake?". You don't even have to accept before anyone. You will get the genuine answer for sure.

All I want to say is let us making every ride a joy ride and our life, a happy journey.

Have a safe driving!!!
